新房子的裝修是件大工程，而浴室的裝修更要下功夫，浴室是多水的地方，不好好下功夫說不定會導致墻體瓷磚脫落的情況，這就很讓人煩惱了。所以我們在裝修浴室的時候要多留個心眼，所謂防患于未然嘛。

一、在瓷磚鋪貼之前先多泡水

衛生間會是相對比較潮濕的空間，對于本身干燥的材料影響會比較大，如瓷磚、地磚這些需要經泡水處理的材料，在鋪貼前就要延長其泡水的處理時間，目的是為了使水分接近飽和狀態。這樣在粘接瓷磚的時候就不會產生因為瓷磚太干燥而從水泥中吸水的情況，也就不會發生水泥粘接不牢固，泛起空鼓而脫落的現象了。

二、在瓷磚貼磚前要清理基層面

如墻面上有乳膠漆、石灰膏、壁紙等裝飾物，或者地面上有污物，那么就一定要清理干凈，否則很容易引起水泥砂漿與基層的粘結不牢造成脫離;另外，假如是自身有裂痕的墻體，不做一個妥善處理就貼磚，很難保證日后不會因為墻體結構裂痕變大導致墻面磚開裂脫落的情況;最后平整度或垂直度差距太大的墻面，是一定要用水泥砂漿找平處理再進行鋪貼的。

三、衛生間瓷磚鋪貼時地面鋪平

由內向外貼地面磚，應從下向上鋪貼墻磚，為美觀起見，最底層的磚應后貼。墻磚貼完后再壓地磚。將未涂水泥的地磚鋪在地面，敲平后，將水泥漿涂滿地磚，鋪于地面，四塊磚的對角位置齊平。一面墻不能一次貼到頂，以防瓷磚自重較大，引起塌落。鋪完地磚短時間內不要踩踏。

四、衛生間墻面磚要充分浸水

墻面磚有著較高的含水率，貼磚前基層應充分澆水潮濕，不然砂漿中的水分可能會被干燥的基層和瓷磚迅速吸收而快速凝聚，從而影響其粘結牢度。否則墻磚會從水泥里吸收水分，使水泥無法起到粘貼劑的作用。
